INTRODUCING 'PEPPER ON THE GREEN!'

We are delighted to announce that after a thorough selection process with several strong candidates, Mellor Golf Club has appointed Pepper Catering, owned by Vicky and Debbie, as our new catering partner.
With over ten years of experience, Pepper Catering is renowned for delivering high-quality food for a wide range of events - from informal gatherings to weddings and corporate functions. They also operate permanent kitchens at venues including sports clubs and soft play centres.
Pepper Catering are no strangers to golf club kitchens, already managing the kitchen at Werneth Low Golf Club, where they have built an excellent reputation. (And yes, we believe they serve the best homemade pies in the North West!)
At Mellor, day-to-day operations will be managed by Louise and Lucy, two talented and experienced chefs who know golf club catering inside out. We are confident they will provide outstanding food for members, visitors, societies, member events, private functions, and weddings.
The team officially joins us on Wednesday 4th March, and we encourage all members to give them a warm welcome.
As members know, the club now manages the bar directly under George’s leadership as Bar Manager, ensuring bar revenues stay within the club. We believe this new catering partnership will perfectly complement this setup and help deliver a seamless hospitality experience.
We look forward to a long and successful partnership with Vicky, Debbie, Louise, and Lucy, and an exciting new chapter for Mellor Golf Club.
